Case Scenario 2 - All On Four

A 55 year old lady visited to our dental clinic for getting her teeth fixed. Medical history was taken and patient was fit for all the dental procedures. Dental history was taken and implants were noted in lower region of the jaw, 6 implants were placed and it has 12 teeth on on 6 implants. Implants were done at our clinic in 2011 using adin systems the implants were healthy and was perfectly in function. Detail radiographic examination were conducted which included OPG and CT scans, they revealed severely atrophic upper jaw. Treatment planning :we decided to restore upper jaw using all on four and an implant in addition, it was followed by giving temporary fix processes which will be used for six months and it is converted into a fixed prosthesis. Siting bone loss patterns and difficulty of the case we decided to restore it with help of osstem implant systems. Implants were placed and a temporary prosthesis is given on the same day. We waited for 6 months and give Cobalt chromium metal framework on which ceramic Crowns where luted.
